Our story
Luxiol is born
Luxiol was born in 1987 on Chaussée d'Ixelles in Brussels. Founded by Marc Jaumaux, the shop quickly became a unique place in the neighbourhood, full of discoveries, wooden toys, musical instruments, handcrafted objects and treasures carefully sourced across Europe.
A new generation
In May 2013, Yves and Fred Lahaye took over Luxiol. Long-standing partners and friends of the founder, they chose to preserve what already made the place magical: discovery, passing on knowledge and taking time with families.
Still in the heart of Ixelles
Almost 40 years later, Luxiol is still here. Same address. Same philosophy. Same unique atmosphere.
